I know, but look. I really needed to contact snk, and he said he was going to do something for me. So I emailed him 2 weeks ago and he still never emailed me back.

Be happy they reply at all, yea I think all staff should try to connect With the community on here and / or Facebook, but they don't have to make a account and check it instead of just using email.
