About the first room, it looks pretty neat, but I'd say setimgpart is sometimes important, as you can see your trash bin on your left it's a bit wrong placed. Also the tables are using the very same NPC's on them, try mixing them up. if you could add more details and some less lightning causes, it'll look better. Btw there are some black lamps which has better view over your level. Adding some chairs on the left and the right with a couple of plants would do well.
