Your not reading.. Actually let me give yu a example, say you buy a idevice from apple for $500, apple say it's one of there best creation ever and one of the (?) powerful they have ever created, afte a day or two, you play with, it gets faulty, what would you do? Oh wait! Human instinct (?) go back to bloody apple and complain either demand a refund or ask them to fix it!
