I completely agree with you. iEra should be more professional. They are tricking kids into wasting hordes of money on items. Kids don't think about how much money they are actually spending. Then they get exited when someone asks them if they want to trade for maybe something better, then they get scammed and lose they're precious item witch probably cost them $20+ usd in grallat packs. Its pretty much theft if you think about it..

There are so many warnings about scamming, there is no sympathy to those who fall into the traps of being scammed. We're not tricking anybody, everything is optional, end of the day the game is here to turn a profit, it's what businesses are there for. You can either wait and earn the money to buy the items, or you can be impatient and rush. It's all the consumers choice.
I could understand if we made you buy a special currency with your IRL money which you could spend on items, but it isn't, it is just regular in game money.
