We don't MAKE anyone do anything, we don't hold a gun to their head saying they're supposed to do something such as gralat pack purchases.
You don't have to pay RL money for a BAR, save for it. Every gun isn't meant for everyone.

Lol actually they do, when you don't have sufficient gralats for a bar (which is the case for most players) it says "get gralats" which when clicked on is a link to the shop to buy gralats. It doesn't encourage you to dig but to buy packs :p.
