They need less American GP's and more from other countries because after 10:00 there r usually 0 Admins on and ppl feel free to do whatever they want.

When I look for an admin I always try to think non-American first but there's not as many or I haven't met too many of the qualified ones. Some don't speak English. There are a lot of qualified Americans too though. I also like to pick people who are at least 18. Not all the time, sometimes I find some extremely mature GPs under 18. I just find it extremely weird when someone who hasn't even ventured into the real world could be banning an adult for something on a game. That's just for GPs though.
