It's probably just some Player lagging, and they just place bombs everywhere and bombs explode randomly. Unless they are like different explosions, then I am not sure. But yeah, it's most likely a Player lagging and they are placing bombs and they are exploding in Graal City, it happens almost everyday inside Battle Arena.
