To be honest, people with the most reputation with staff are the people who are mature. So saying people that will be staff are recommended from a friend(admin), is simply true.
A staff member wouldn't be friends with a guy with low grammar, immature and has done several problems in the past.
Besides the people that are known' are the people who are known for there gratitude.
