Puuuuuurty sure you've always been able to get your name changed, Shannon's was ages ago. This forum really should have a no-alt rule, and it's fairly poor form to create as many as you did, and the fact that you're continuing to use your Wester account is rather confusing.

As far as your actual guide is concerned, I'd suggest a more formal tone and an attempt to correct the horrible grammatical errors.
