After a certain amount of days spent consecutively offline while holding a guild leadership position, a guild leader is refunded and the guild disbanded, manually of course. This means that some may slip past moderation, and the staff team need only be reminded of this fact.

I do not like this sentence.. When Rogue left and everyone was dancing around him begging him to stay, I talked with him for a little while. He made it very clear that his guild reached its goal and would successfully retire. I don't think it would be favorable for the guild itself if some other player was given the chance (without the original leader's consent) to rebuild the guild from the bottom up again.

I also think many other guilds would agree with this fact, unless of course all they want is another prize for their guild fort towers or whatever..
