Warps can't be added due to the sheer size of the population. When events happen players will all use there warps near that part of the map, a lot will use the same spots, and it will just create lag from too many players in one area, also sort of ruins the whole transportation aspect, the closest I'd get to transportation would be a lift from a plateau in graal city to the outside of the snowtown tunnel area, hopefully boosting the amount of players in snowtown and adding to the ski mountain feel, as lifts could be added to the snowy parts of the snowtown bluffs, like a ski lift.

We have the scripting, the belle island lift, look at the way the rope looks all segmented, it's probably going to be (if not already) made so you place one end in one place and the other in another and the lift goes between the points.
