hypothetically, if graal got sued by a big company and had a high probability of getting big money off them, and they set up a agreement that they would drop the charges if Stefan and unixmad turned over the graal company and game and rights to them, i would not be surprised if Stefan and Unixmad decided to agree and give away the game just to keep all the money they have made instead of trying to fight the lawsuit and losing it all.

of course, thats not a very likely thing at all, but its a bit of hope that one day graal will get a proper owner,
