Exactly, so the average player would have the goal of becoming a elite sparrer, in a elite guild, or a elite events member, they would then get there own designated spar/base/ events, and the regular spar/base/events would be for those average joes, so see, the plan works, it makes a sort of tier, gives a sort of level system that gives everyone a goal.

It doesn't work well for the minority of "pros" because the admins will pay more attention to the majority of average players in events. I'm on board for the whole base and spar thing though. Yet, events are a whole different story.
