Well as there's more of the novice than the elite that means of course theres going to be more bases and more spars and more events for the novice, as it needs to be to give them all a fair shot, since there's less elite they don't need as many of the things for all of them to get that fair shot, if it was 50:50 then it would be the same for both sides....


Of course if there's only like 40 elite giving them the same amount of chances as the 1600 or so novice would be unfair to the novice. It's all about the ratios, you need to think about the numbers and logic, not the personal feelings and opinions.
