I only agree that the drugs like alcohol and tobacco and marijuana should be allowed in certain areas in private, and people cant leave while still under the effect of it, and the towns show have a choice whether or not they have one of those places. The only exception would be the pill form medical marijuana from a certified medical institute, 100% marijuana, only available with a prescription for it for the helping of the treatments of cancer and such.

It's funny because one of the negative effects of marijuana is memory loss and you say you can't remember,
As for mind over matter, your mind, really your brain, is the matter. You can get addicted to anything substance or not, the resistance effect still applies to marijuana, the more you use it, the more it takes to get that level of high.
You can get addicted to placebos, sugar pills, they have done tests.
