I believe if a gun is nerffed than everyone who had bought the gun prior has a 24 hour window to refund their gun for full or half price, reason being, after you nerf something, it isn't the same item/weapon the player had originally bought. It is just a crappier version of what was expected and that could be classified as false advertisement.
