I don't think that the extra features are enough to merit the higher price point. The A5 chip in the iPhone 4S works more than fine for every game on the iPhone developed thus far. The only feature I'm interested in is the 16:9 aspect ratio as opposed the the iPhone 4S' 4:3. I don't like the increased height that you sacrifice for the 16:9 ratio though.
