There is Pixen, but it isn't the best, but it's usable. There is also Photoshop which I highly recommend. There are other programs like Gimp but it isn't on the App Store. If you think someone is going to make a malicious application for Mac disguised as a commonly used and downloaded program then... I just...uh...don't talk...
