I want a solution that incoperates more than just the top 5 gangs, most of these gang war style things tend to just have those with are already in their prime doing it.. We need something more open and things that can be done on a more regular basis.

We need something new and fresh to kick some life back into basing, not sure what that is yet, but it's needed.
