There was no decline before the tweaks... The market was kept at a perfect value... But now you have constricted alot of players, Making them decide suffering choices...

The customer always comes first then the employees... If there's no customer, there's no cash... No cash means no business... No business means no employees...

Stefan must hear the basic complaints of every customer and fix it in any way possible to assure the stability of the community... This is common logic... You don't need me to explain it in paragraphs...
