Regardless to if it's a copypasta, are you trying to say that it is suitable to message someone something up to that limit? It clearly does not say that on the rules page...

If it's an accepted joke on the Internet then he wasn't threatened. Sure, it's stupid to put in a pm, but it's like pasting "I kill baddies" and all of classic being shut down. No, it isn't suitable. But you can't get someone banned over a common message accepted over and over. It's like... If I told you to gtfo. Do you care? No.
Both sides reactions are wrong. I say give them both a temporary ban.
