The thing is I didn't do anything lol I told my friend who lives right next to me and he admitted he got banned and it affected all of us because they all use my network

Only the most overplayed excuse ever. You are accountable for whatever happens on your device. If you have an open WiFI network (or even a locked network that you give the password out to anyone who smiles at you), you are accountable for it too.
IP bans have their use. Tell your friends not to be dicks on your WiFi.
