Look dude, Ebizou just use gang members and then kick them. They don't care about the gang member, they care about the hours. You can be in Ebizou for a month and it'll be all cool, but the day you take your tag of, it'll go to some other noob who they find basing at lethal or something. It's a win-win situation for the leader. And for the member, he doesn't get crap. And you'd be surprised to see the amount of super rares people give to become perms and then kicked out later.
