It's "Io", or "io" lowercase, not "Lo" It's the most geologically active object in the Solar System, even more so than Earth. The blue stuff you see coming out from the planet are actually massive plumes from volcanoes. It's yellow because of all the sulfur, however the guy who "upscaled" it seems to have cranked up the contrast and made the colors much more vibrant.

The second one looks like Europa, another moon of Jupiter. But I'm not entirely sure.

One thing you guys should know is that NASA(which tends to be the guys who obtains these images) value data over visuals. The colors in their images tend to not reflect visual spectrum and instead are colors assigned to the various spectra of data obtained. So while these planet/moon images may be somewhat reflective of what we'd actually see looking at them many things like the Nebulae and deep space images tend to not really reflect what we'd see looking out into space(and in fact most of it is invisible to our eyes).
