Not at all- as I demonstrated with my Uzi in the video, the increased walk speed gives bullet dodging more of an influence on the fight, and allows skill to do the talking, rather than guns.
Nerfing them would be less necessary than with the current walk speed.

besides i dont want people to be able to run away from bullets easier.

They're still slower than the bullet projectile, It's just making the game more competitive by adding the ability to 'weave' between smaller bullet gaps.

also if your complaining about running slow. then use a skateboard.

Oh, increasing the walk speed isn't to provide a quicker means of transportation- it's to enhance gameplay during battles, and make fighting more interesting.
