It SEEMS like that because ya'll playa hatin'. Always when a chunk of new hires come around there's a posting complaining about that. My guess is that they want to be staff.

Id love to be staff but i cant be in nal and staff?
And even though i think im eledgeble (unbiased based) for a trial gp i cant even talk to matt for interview or application
Edit/addition: it almost appears as admin is a predetermined thing... I cant word it properly
