i found it ironic how the Stefan npc screwed players out of their money, also how they all said "okay heres your money back" or something when you tied, implying they took your money from you before you actually did RPS XD.

The hell are you talking about? Stefan was the
easiest RPS NPC for me. Every time I came around Onnet town, I made sure to hit up his house for some easy money. In fact,
all RPS NPCs were super easy for me and really predicable. Half the time I would just pick the same move over and over again and win that way.
