It was to be proposed as almost an upgrade for the normal saber, meaning to buy it you first had to buy any of the original sabers, get 1000 kills with it and then you could buy it for the saber you had for 100ec+ another 50-100 ec.
I'm not sure if it was still to be released as the throw wasn't completely done (didn't do damage yet) and was going to be done by snk when he got around to it, whenever that was going to be, or will be.
