people have to have some goal to set for themselves, without any goal to work for then why base? getting to 1k hours is not easy but every guild has to start somewhere. I don't play classic but personally I think they should stay around, if not then make it 2000 hours. deleting them altogether would just demolish the point of getting hours at all. the time and commitment it takes to achieve a hat is hard, nothing about that is a freebie.
