I edited it to what you guys said and here is what i got, it looks more real and is shaded better!
P.S. If your gonna insult it show me what you can do better instead of being an ass and saying you could do better.

To be honest I don't like it, your outline is really bad(it's a squiggly line), as for you choice of colours there too light and there's a great lack of shading. You should fix all that up and re-submit it if you want any chance at it getting into the game.
