I'm not so sure about it because it seems too much like Era's alignment system. Not that it's a bad idea, but why should people get perks for getting banned and warned? If that was taken out of the equation then it would probably much better since, why reward people for that? I do like how if you kill baddies it adds to goodness. But then there should be like knights around graal too that are kill able and if you attack them it adds to evil. Perhaps even an anti-Pyrat quest? Kill the guards of York and bring their shields to Pyrat leaders for cash. That might work too.
