Bullcrap, there are a lot of ways too make money off free games other than IAP, the best way is iAds, advertisements, like watch a video and get X amount of money. Also iEra CLEARLY does not know what to do with miney except for themselfs so era really dosent need anymore money UNLESS THERE ACTUALY UPGRADING THE GAME A **** TON. Also more ways to make money for free = more users a lot more, more people will play because it will be much more fair to noobs and it wont be a pay to win game. More people = more money.
