1) Sounds like fun, but also extremely complicated, especially if it's on the same map as all the players are on.
2) This idea and the racing could be mixed together, I think. Make a racing track house, except make it partially off the map, which means you can't see all of it. Then, when you enter, it goes to the separate map, and it's like you're just on an extension of the other one. You go into the race house, it's a nice level showing various old racing cars and such, and you walk through various doors to go to the certain race track for the option you want.

6) Seems kind of pointless, but would be a nice addition and make the city seem more lively.
7) Would be cool, and it is cool if it's already being worked on, but it seems too much like all those games there are where you're some Mary-Sue teenager who's out in the big city, being really popular and somehow having anything perfect. But it's all okay, because sometimes she's too nice! Really. Those types of games just irritate me.

9) Would be cool, if done right. Otherwise it would seem like an over-the-top fantasy world where everything is brightly coloured and perfect. It doesn't really fit the whole gritty gangsters theme Era is about.
10) I don't actually play Era, but I suppose this is a good idea. Can't really comment though.
11) Yes good, but wouldn't actually be good if it just starts getting too active and too spammed.
12) Question: so just quests depending on your alignment?
