I was thinking of considering sprint the same way there is "Draft" in NFS shift I think, It's not called draft maybe.
It's more like "Tab the button when it reaches green to be the quickest!!" sort of thing, when I finish my current work I'll try to script it on dev.

Edit : it's called "Drag".
