Ok, I'm sure snk can do something about this because in those logs he can literally ser every single good and bad we do. As I've seen this occurrence before, your going to need the iTunes reciepts which should be emailed to the email registered to your iTunes account. Email those alongside the whole story to snk. If he doesn't reply (typical lol), resend it a couple of times. Also, personal message him on his graalians account alongside trying to find him on Era.
I'm no admin or anything but this is what they demanded for last time this occurred with a 'someone'.
