I'm not a fan of the EC for hats idea because there are WAAAAAY too many Event cheaters and hoarders. I't would be horribly unfair to reward the A-holes. I would be ashamed to be a part of it with clear knowledge of such issues.

people that "hoard" ec have a talent, if i gave you the ability to be good at events you'll constantly do events. you get these items with EVENT coins, so the "hoarders" will WIN events. there is a achievement system so stop complaining, its like you calling someone who sells hotdogs an a-whole because their hotdogs are better then yours. there is nothing stopping you from getting just as good at events as the "hoarders", why join an event if you suck? obviously there will be a person who is good at that event. even if they have 10000 ec, thats there talent. why shouldn't someone who is good at events not be awarded a event item? its like saying not to give the better hotdog maker money because he is better then you -.-
