It's actually easy to start a gang. A lot of new players are looking to join a gang but they don't get looked at simply because of their hours. A new player with an Ak could very well be the difference between you getting and holding a base or not. That's why closed minded people who only care about stats never make it far.

Yes, I really agree with that. Most people in guilds if they have a new players with bad stats they kick them to recruit a BAR player.
This happens all the time with different guilds, hearts is smart she made lots of allies such as sI and sE to put in new players but the main sK is for mostly pro's.
So, why not recruit new players? Let them have fun and help them so they enjoy playing, and better then all of that u can have more friends
