Imo there are 2 types of people that want to become admin:
1)Those who are doing it because they want people screaming there name and such. Yet they don't understand what a big responsibility it is to actually be an admin. (I hope these people are never hired because it would be chaos and you will most likely get abusive admins, similar to pc era)
and
2)Those who think they can contribute something towards the game to make it a better experience for others.
