That area is for the Admin RPS hats, unless you're willing so sit around all day to wait till a Staff member comes on for an RPS match on top of that cliff, you're not gonna get them.

That's the thing... And when admins do come on, and I see them, they never drag me to RPS. I've spent a few hours hanging out at people's houses and leaving every few minutes to check.
