Yes, but people who got the limited edition have all the specializations so I have no idea if they can go past 70. I'd be pretty pissed off if they could. Not really fair.

I heard they locked everyone down to just the 2 but I may be wrong. But yeah a series of bad decision making by 343 and MS made my decision not to buy the LE a good one
