That was just a rumor. Never has there been intentions of it having a connection to iEra. Although, it does have some references to it, as shown in screenshots that someone posted here but got deleted.

Actually it did at one point. Era staff had access to iZone and were supposedly going to administrate that server as well. Due to iEra staff abusing those privileges and leaking information/photos of the server, things changed. As far as I know.
