Rules don't exist so staff can arbitrarily jail and ban people as they see fit. This is partially why staff are so corrupt. Many threads have been posted on this, yet staff refuses to comply.

Lockdown, anyone who knows anything about contract law knows that terms posted on a website from over a decade ago are not enforceable, especially when there is nothing in game linking people to that website or requiring that they assent to those terms before playing.
