Overall, no, its a good suggestion, but not for a game like Graal.
However, the crossbow idea sounds interesting, there should be a way you can fire arrows while your on your horse.

Thanks for your input. Yeah, horseback archery was a common practice back in the day, so if it was implemented on graal aswell it would be pretty neat.
