The issue isn't about the guilds now,this glitch/bug can hopefully be fixed soon enough. I suppose the staff team to imagine 50 guilds which never had a tower to have 1###:## hours.
The thing which really matters is to give those two guys their guild back, and to punish Kipper because he tried to abuse this bug/glitch while trying to get a guildhat.

He knows it happens and tries to play it off. So i do think he should be punished for trying to get away with a 1k hat he didnt even earn in the first place.
