So much BS was said since my comment that i don't even know were to begin. Just because your in a "staff guild" doesn't mean your sucking up in anyway. I'm pretty sure being hired as staff on this server is not a priority i have at all. Comyt, you seem to make "points" that don't make sense. If you used common sense you would realize, the reason a lot of staff are from "staff guilds" is because they are known by the exact people who may hire others (in some cases). If your under the radar, how would they even know who you are? With that being said, not everyone joins a guild because an "admin" owns it. If you look at the list you just named; Magic, Zanza, and Cruxis, do you notice anything in particular about them? Oh yeah, they are all tower guilds. It's a game, enjoy it and quit complaining.
