I have similar problem going on with my account.
I emailed them to transfer my account month ago, but they never did it for me. I tried to transfer my account, because it wasn't actually mine. My situation is more intricated. I had a friend in the middle school when I was in ESL and he recommended to me about graal. So I started in August which I was in vacation heading to the Florida, because it was too boring and hot. I don't know anything about this game and never played any game before. I start off with non-vip and I like how they communicate without any pressure. Soon as I bought many items, my ESL friend told me to identify myself using VIP, but I notice they will send a junk pile of mails to me. So I told him I don't need it, he suggested me that he can borrow his email. Of course, it was too good for me. I can make any troubles, nothing to worry about. Who knew I would play this game over a year? It was completely wrong we are now both in high school freshman, he is still in ESL. Well, I find out that they don't send any extra mails by making a second account, that means he lied to me. I feel uncomfortable afterwards and just want to transfer my account to my email.

Account sharing, account selling, account lending, blah blah blah, it is all wrong. The e-mail that you get should not say what it does because it introduces crap like the above. Mixed messaging!!

Because it is a online world. All crapsituations happens in the online community. I think that is why this forum made for. So we can share ideas, solve any issues and problems all that stuff.
