Let me make this quick...I fell asleep with my head, standing in start. I woke up, ate some breakfeast, signed on, and my head was gone. So i looked at my money and only 10k was there. So im extremely angry and i want the other 10k back

When a head is refunded you only get 50%, or 10k, back. There had to be some kind of reason that staff refunded your head (copyright reasons?).
