Since I'm in heavy support of the whole "statue" thing, I want to build off of it with these ideas:
Heavenly Fountain/Heaven Alter - Furniture item for your house. A heavenly fountain almost works like a "miniature" version of the MoD town shrine and dropping Gralats into it raises AP. Likewise, dropping AP into the MoD fountain raises AP. Heaven alters are meant for those wanting to raise AP but not wait it out in a church and would prefer the luxury of their own homes. It will be like a one-person pew where you sit there and not move and eventually your character will go into a kneeling prayer Gani. It will boost your AP as it would if you were in a church.
Demon Orb - Demon Orbs will be used as quick ways to lower or maintain your sinister status the same way a person would wish to gain AP. Works much faster than praying at the church or using a fountain or shrine. Once 30 AP has been reached, it will cease to go any lower from there. At this point, you must kill other players in order to progress lower. I suppose you can add one of these in Deadwood but for the sake of conveinence, this could also be a house furniture which would only require you to rapidity hit the orb with your sword until AP lowers or if already of low AP simply grab it so that it solidifies your AP so it no longer raises unless you use a church, alter or fountain. Deadwood's orb would only require you to be in proximity rather than PK the orb...unless you want to PK the orb and those around it? ;)

Maybe you would be able to purchase other, larger altars? Think a miniature church in your house. Also, to sell these items we need a place for them. I was thinking to recreate Jesus Freaks in Graal City to have a basement with pentagrams and such. If you have below 10 AP, you would be teleported to the demonic shop when you touch a pentagram. The Saintly shop could be located upstairs in a new room.

I think the amount of AP loss for hitting a flag should be lowered. I like to spectate people fight each other in towers and I accidentally hit the flag and lost 5.

How about losing 1 ap a hit? You certainly wouldn't be able to regain the last point very easily in a tower, and if you accidentally hit it it doesn't take 2 hours and 30 minutes to get it back.
