About the missing messages because of spamming gang members, you can always change it that if you get a red pm, it pops in front of all gang chat same with pm's. Red pm, goes in front of both pm and gang chat while regular pm goes in front of gang chat. I remember having this sorta thing before. I don't know if we alrdy have it but its just an idea.
