And your actings doesn't affect your application unless you got banned a lot, but even that is no legit reason to not hire someone. I know a lot of people who eiter were total ******s, douches, or people who got banned almost every day, and guess what. They were better admins than people who were nice and mature all the time, really.. you just have no knownledge at all.
